Our tastes are pretty simple: we’re like the very best. We source our produce directly from our dear producers who have been with us from the start and we will continue to do so, such as Caseificio Gennari and his Parmigiano Reggiano to die for. From Napoli, to San Pietro di Feletto, we love meeting new artisans in Italian cuisine, just like the gorgeous Coppa di Maiale from Re-Norcino and other new talents. We constantly challenge ourselves to continue to reduce our carbon footprint: 96% of our products are seasonal. If you like our products, here we present their producers and their origins.
